Beautiful hotel with excellent staff from check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The room was big and huge, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, I greatly enjoyed it. The food was excellent, had lots of options. I spent 7 nights and would still consider staying here again.

Nothing it is perfect.

The luxurious amenities here were definitely worth it! The Spa and wellness centre was exquisite and the massage was the perfect touch to end a long day of sightseeing. The rooftop bar had the most amazing views of the city, and the live entertainment really added to the ambiance. The continental breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options that were all delicious, and the restaurant staff was extremely attentive to our needs. The location was also very convenient, with many restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

The only minor issue during my stay at this hotel was that the steam room wasn't functioning properly. However, the sauna and jacuzzi provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that made up for it.

The hotel rooms were surprisingly spacious, with a modern design and wooden floors. The restaurant had great food, specifically the rib eye steak cooked perfectly to my liking. The hotel is conveniently located near Chapultepec Castle and Paseo de la Reforma. The staff were very polite and attentive, with front desk staff even allowing me to check out a day early without penalty.
